How does it work?

Botox® is a natural purified protein that partially blocks the nerve impulses and reduces contractions in the muscles where it is injected. When injected into the facial muscles, they relax, and lines and wrinkles reduce, resulting in a smoother appearance.

Results are temporary but with regular treatments every 3-4 months patients see ongoing improvement in skin texture and a reduction in lines and wrinkles.

 

Botox® is a prescription-only medicine, all patients are required to have a face-to-face consultation before a treatment can take place (as per the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) guidelines).
