Teosyal Redensity II is a hyaluronic acid dermal filler, that is designed for treating the delicate under eye area. It is the only dermal filler currently licensed for use in tear trough correction. Teosyal Redensity II contains a mixture of cross-linked and non cross-linked hyaluronic acid which gives it the right viscoelastic properties for filling hollows in the tear trough area. It also contains a mixture of vitamins and anti-oxidants which help restore skin hydration, promote skin cell regeneration and evens out skin tone. Hyaluronic Acid is a natural substance that exists within our skin.
How does it work?
As we age, the area underneath the eye weakens and loss of volume from the cheeks can lead to the appearance of eye bags, dark shadows or hollowing beneath the eye. Many patients describe their appearance as “tired” and seek treatments to help refresh and revitalise this area. The filler will plump out the hollow underneath the eyes, making it appear flatter and smoother, with results lasting 9-12 months.
